The UNIMOG has a short wheelbase, making it particularly maneuverable in tight spaces such as forest trails, confined work areas, narrow access roads, or construction sites. Its all-wheel drive provides better traction on difficult terrain, and the additional gear ranges allow for slow, powerful driving. The UNIMOG is therefore very well suited for rough terrain. The mounting plate allows for the use of various attachments (mowing head, grapple arm, etc.). It has a powerful yet lightweight loading crane, which keeps the UNIMOG’s weight low enough that it can be driven with the old Class 3 driver’s license.
